Exhibitor Information for the Colorado Science Conference

Non-profit and for-profit exhibitors are invited to participate in the 2010 Colorado Science Conference. Approximately 700 K-college educators attend the conference each year. The Colorado Association of Science Teachers, Colorado Biology Teachers Association, Colorado Chemistry Teachers Association, American Association of Physics Teachers and other organizations will be represented.
Exhibitors are invited to attend the Wine and Cheese Reception in the Exhibit Hall from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Sponsors are needed for this reception, and donations for door prizes and teacher awards are also appreciated. We appreciate the generous exhibitor contributions we have received in the past and are looking forward to working with our conference exhibitors again.
For-Profit Exhibitor Registration:
$400 for each decorated 10' x 10' space. Includes one 8' dressed table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a 7" x 44" identification sign. The fee also includes two lunches on Friday. Additional lunches are $10 each. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Non-Profit Exhibitor Registration:
$150 for each decorated 10' x 10' space. Includes one 8' dressed table, two chairs, a wastebasket, and a 7" x 44" identification sign. The fee also includes two lunches on Friday. Additional lunches are $10 each. Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Exhibitor Badges
We will print up to four badges for your company. Indicate how many you will need on the exhibitor registration form.
Online Registration:

If you have already registered for the conference, you can access your account invoice and review your registration details.
Credit cards, PayPal, money orders and checks will be accepted for conference exhibitor registration. (Please send money orders and checks to Theresa Hemming, 6414 S Dudley Way, Littleton, CO 80123).
*Two lunches are included with your registration. If you would like extras, they are $10 each. We will also have a la carte food that may be purchased on November 19th.*
**If you would like your booth next to another exhibitor, please email Theresa Hemming with the information. Both exhibitors need to register at the same time.**

Exhibitor Commitment
An email confirmation will be sent to you once your registration and payment are received. You will receive your Exhibitor Service Kit from Brede-Colorado, Inc., the company managing the Exhibit Hall, in early fall. If you are selling materials at your booth, you will need a Colorado Multiple Event License. This may be obtained from the Colorado Department of Revenue, Taxpayer Services, 1560 Broadway, Suite 1530, Denver, CO 80202, or call (303) 232-2416.
Because of our commitment to the Denver Merchandise Mart, we will not be able to issue refunds for any cancellation of reserved spaces.
Booth Decoration Information
Brede-Colorado, Inc. is overseeing Exhibit Hall decorations this year. Additional tables, chairs, electricity or decorating needs must be handled through them. The contact person is Kelly Lafrance, 5140 Colorado Blvd., Denver, CO 80216; phone (303) 399-8600 and fax (303) 321-8694.
Hotel Information
The Comfort Inn Central at 401 E. 58th Ave., Denver, is connected directly to the Merchandise Mart. Call (303) 297-1717 to reserve a room.
Conference Exhibitor Schedule:
Check-in and set-up: 12:00-4:00 pm on Thursday, November 18, 2010
Exhibits open: 4:30-6:30 pm on Thursday, November 18, 2009
Exhibits open: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on Friday, November 19, 2010
Exhibitors may disassemble their booths after 4:00 pm on Friday.
