2025 CSC Exhibitor Registration
WELCOME Exhibitors!
The Colorado Science Conference for Professional Development is a one-day conference that provides professional development regarding science content, education strategy, and research.
We are thrilled to showcase you and your resources at our 2025 CSC Moments of Wonder: Finding Joy in Science!
Included with all Exhibitor registrations:
- 1 table
- 2 chairs
- 2 participant registrations (lunch included)
- Additional participant registrations can be purchased using the Participant registration.
- Participation at the CSC Pre-Conference Reception on Nov 6.

CSC Sponsors* receive special “Pt” VIP exhibit locations based on level of sponsorship.
* Au and Pt level Exhibitors have an opportunity to set up and operate their exhibit tables the evening of Nov 6th for our CSC Pre-Conference Reception!
(All other Exhibitors must set up their tables the morning of Nov 7th; however, there will be small designated areas for all exhibitors at the CSC Pre-Conference Reception.)

from CSC 2024 (subject to change for 2025 but here for reference) Please find details and important information below: 
Location& Unloading: The Conference will be at CSU Spur. With over 55 registered exhibitors demonstrating your support for science education at the CSC, the Exhibit areas will be located throughout the entire CSU-Spur campus! This includes the Hydro Building (floors 1, 2, and 3), Terra/Hydro Bridge (3rd floor), Vida Lobby (1st floor), Vida Moose Alcove (2nd floor), and Vida Elks Landing (2nd floor). Please enter 4777 National Western Drive into your GPS. Driving and parking directions link. We recommend you use the south route to get to CSU Spur as the Franklin Street Bridge will be closed for construction during our conference. If you need to take a north route, plan to come across the East 51st Avenue Bridge. There is a loading zone directly outside of the different buildings where you can unload your belongings (see attached map). After unloading, please park in the Parking Lot north of the Vida Building labeled "P" on the attached map. Exhibitor Arrival/Schedule: You are able to start arriving at 6:45 am Friday the 7th. When you arrive, check in at the CSC Registration in the lobby of the Hydro Building. The check-in/registration table is directly in front of the entrance doors and this is where you will receive your conference name tags. Please plan to set up your exhibit table on Friday, November 7th between 6:45 am - 8 am. Please keep in mind that CSU-Spur is open to the public and there will be individuals who are not affiliated with the conference coming in and out of the buildings throughout the day. Exhibitor Equipment Provided: Each exhibitor will have one 6 foot table and 2 chairs. You will need to provide your own linens. Free wireless is available, however, it is a public network. Electricity will be available in some areas of the exhibit hall. If your exhibit requires electricity you will need to provide your own power strips/extension cords and please include this in your communication with us so that they can do their best to accommodate this need. Clean Up/Tear Down: There will be approximately one hour to clean up/tear down your table. After the conference, you will be able to move vehicles back to the loading/unloading areas in front of the buildings. Sponsorships and Donations: We are seeking sponsors as well as door prizes to further spoil our amazing Colorado science educators. If you would like to donate money (like to sponsor light snacks, expand our lunch vouchers, provide treats at our reception for our awardees, etc.) or if you would like to donate prizes of any kind (swag/kits/products/training/pd/field trip, etc.) for our door prize raffle, we would love to showcase you as a supporter of science/STEM in Colorado!
