Moments of Wonder – Finding Joy in Science

πŸ•— General Information
  • Check-in opens at 8:00 AM; first sessions begin at 9:00 AM.
  • Conference ends at 4:30 PM.
  • Free parking in the large lot north of the CSU Spur buildings.
  • Free Wi-Fi available throughout the venue.
  • Pick up your badge and materials in the Hydro Building lobby.
β˜• Food & Beverages
  • Morning beverages: Hydro Building Lobby & Vida Building.
  • Lunch: Catered by FTM Catering, served near the Hydro Building Theater.
  • Please take one box lunch, one bag of chips, and one cookie.
  • Beverages at the same stations as morning service.
  • Lunch A: 11:10–12:00 | Lunch B: 12:10–1:00
  • Special dietary meals are available at a separate table near the lunch area (as noted on your registration).
πŸŽ“ Continuing Education Credit
  • Continuing CrEDit is available through Adams State College.
  • Visit the CrEDit Table in the Hydro Lobby for details and forms.
πŸ“± Sessions & Exhibitors
  • Full schedule, maps, and exhibitor info on the Sched App.
  • Session room codes: H = Hydro, V = Vida, T = Terra.
  • Example: H-208 = Hydro Building, 2nd Floor, Room 208.
  • Sessions are first-come, first-served.
  • Exhibitors are located throughout Hydro, Vida, and Terra buildings. Use the Sched map or on-site signage.

  • Celebrate outstanding science educators and programs!
  • Enjoy treats, door prizes, and moments of wonder.
  • πŸŽ‰ All are invited!
🎁 Exhibitors & Prizes
  • Visit exhibitors anytime β€” best times: 8:00–9:00 AM and during your lunch session (A or B).
  • All attendees automatically entered once in the door prize raffle.
  • Earn additional entries by visiting exhibitors (look for QR codes!) and submitting session feedback.
  • Vote for the Educators’ Choice Award for the exhibitor who best embodies the theme β€œMoments of Wonder – Finding Joy in Science.”
  • Winner announced at the end of the day and featured on social media!
