Registration cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee. All qualifying refunds will be settled no later than 30 days after the conference.

Continuing Education/Professional Development Credit:

Continuing Education/Professional Development hours are offered through Adams State University. Voluntary enrollment for CEU or Graduate Credit must also be completed on-site at the CSC event. Attendance at CSC will be documented through minimum required QR code scans at five exhibitor booths and three sessions.

An email will be sent to all enrolled participants notifying when the Adams State Registration Link is live. Participants will self register and select either the CEU or Graduate Credit option. Please note: CEU credit includes a registration fee. This reflects standard practice for continuing education credit offerings.

Those selecting Graduate Credit will also complete a required Graduate Credit submission form to upload a 500-word Conference Reflection Assignment. The reflection is due by December 4th at 10:00 AM MST.

For both CEU and Graduate Credit participants, completion will be recorded as pass/fail by the conference coordinator and submitted to Adams State University for official processing. Once finalized, participants will receive official documentation and may request an official transcript through Parchment.

Participants are responsible for helping maintain the quality of this facility by treating it with care, avoiding damage, and showing respect to all workers and staff.

The CSC is committed to a welcoming, respectful environment, free from discrimination, harassment, or bias of any kind. All participants, presenters, exhibitors, and volunteers are expected to uphold these standards.
