For our second year of the Resilient Futures Teacher Workshop, we are opening the in-person conference-style teacher professional development workshop to outside presenters. The workshop aims to create an engaging space where secondary teachers can explore new and existing climate literacy curricula, hear insights directly from NOAA and CIRES climate scientists, and exchange ideas for implementing the Colorado Seal of Climate Literacy. |
The Seal of Climate Literacy Diploma Endorsement Implementation Playbook is here, and is ready for use by school leaders, educators, and other champions! It is a hands-on guide for teams bringing the Seal of Climate Literacy to life, deeply informed by the experiences of Year 1 implementers. It contains clear, step-by-step guidance for planning and launching the Seal, real stories and lessons from schools and districts across Colorado, and reflection and planning tools designed to help those leading this work turn ideas into action. |
