Code of Conduct:

The CSC is committed to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.

We value diversity and are dedicated to maintaining a respectful, inclusive environment for everyone, free from discrimination, harassment, or bias based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, ability, religion, or any other protected characteristic. All participants are expected to uphold these standards throughout the event.

All participants, presenters, exhibitors, and volunteers are expected to contribute to this positive environment through their words and actions.

Participants are also responsible for helping maintain the quality of the event facility by using spaces responsibly, avoiding damage, and treating the venue and its staff with care and respect.

Accessibility:

We work hard to ensure our events are welcoming accessible for everyone.  If specific accommodations are required to participate, it is recommend submitting requests as early as possible. 

Media Release:

I understand photos, video & audio may be recorded at the event and used for promotion. I confirm I have rights or consent to post any content, including images of others or minors with parent/guardian permission.

Communications:

I understand emails may be filtered into my spam or junk folder. I agree to check those folders. Additionally, it is recommended I add these communications to my contacts or safe sender list to ensure I receive important event information.
